REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales. * Residence: Aguascalientes. KNOWLEDGE IN: * Negotiation skills. * Knowledge of B2B sales processes. * Related software: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced). * Experience in sales of lighting, electrical, hardware, piping, plumbing fixtures, flooring, furniture, finishes, or construction materials. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Lead sales initiatives to expand the customer/distributor base in Zacatecas, SLP, and Aguascalientes. * Establish business relationships with key and potential customers. * Follow up on and execute the commercial strategy to increase company sales. * Manage and monitor the counter sales force and designers of our customers, ensuring distributor targets are met. * Analyze market and competition to identify business opportunities. * Supervise the sales process and order follow-up.
