**Position Objective:** Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of GPS systems in vehicles, fleets, and equipment, as well as monitoring and tracking operations on the platform. Ensure accuracy, connectivity, and proper functioning of devices, guaranteeing timely and efficient customer service. **General Responsibilities:** * Install and configure GPS devices in vehicles and equipment according to technical standards. * Verify device connectivity and integration with location systems. * Conduct inspections and preventive/corrective maintenance on devices that are not transmitting. * Monitor system performance in real time and report incidents. * Provide immediate assistance and advice to customers via phone, chat, and email. * Record incidents and follow up on cases until resolution. * Execute security protocols in risk situations. * Hand over shifts by reporting relevant and pending cases. **Specific Knowledge:** * Experience in GPS system installation and maintenance (desirable). * Proficiency with installation tools and techniques. * Information technology and basic computer skills. * Geographic knowledge of the country. * Customer service and effective communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Standard vehicle operation and mobile device usage. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum experience: 1 year in GPS installation or monitoring (ideally both). * Availability for full-time work and travel. * Preferably residing in the eastern area of the city. **We Offer:** * Position type: Full-time. * Contract: Indefinite. * Benefits: Above legal requirements (major medical expenses, accident insurance). * Direct hiring by the company. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday / flexible schedule based on operational coverage.
