Seeking: **Logistics Specialist** Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Commerce, or related field Experience: 5 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of distributors’ logistics needs and planning of solutions * Establishing a logistics information registry for distributors within Mexico * Ensuring delivery times meet each distributor’s requirements. * Confirming the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for each shipment in advance * Comprehensive coordination of national transportation (focused on deliveries to distributors) * Planning transportation routes according to each distributor’s geographic location and cargo characteristics: * Real-time monitoring of transportation progress to distributors via the logistics operator’s TMS system or direct communication with the driver * Immediately notifying the distributor and coordinating action in case of delays, thereby minimizing impact on the distributor’s inventory * Logistics supplier management and cost optimization (focused on deliveries to distributors) **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for career growth * Company parking * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking Work Location: On-site
