A reputable company located in Aguascalientes City is seeking talented professionals for its Human Resources department, with a high level of commitment and a goal-oriented work approach: **PAYROLL MANAGER** **$14,000 \- $14,000 Monthly** Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes Full-time, Office-based **Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or Public Accounting (Intern, graduate, or certified) Minimum experience: 3 years in this position **Knowledge:** · Payroll preparation and disbursement · Tax, labor, and social security knowledge; tax calculation, monitoring, and compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations (e.g., IMSS, AFORE, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) · Payroll-related accounting records, including IMSS, AFORE, INFONAVIT, and payroll tax · Personnel recruitment and selection, employee files, performance evaluations, Federal Labor Law · Software: SUA, IDSE, SAT platforms and portals, DIMM, DEM, and Finance Secretariat systems · Contpaqi – Payroll and Accounting modules · Calculation of income assimilated to salaries and wages · Microsoft Office – Intermediate Word and Excel **Competencies:** · Proactive · Initiative · Responsibility · Teamwork · Results- and objective-oriented work · Ability to work under pressure · Speed and accuracy in entering accounting journal entries · Organization and control of files and information **Responsibilities:** · Payroll, IMSS, retirement, CyV, ISN, hiring, termination, modifications, and incident calculations · Accounting registration of payrolls, payroll taxes, and payroll withholdings in Contpaqi\-Payroll system · Preparation of monthly, bimonthly, and annual tax returns · Annual calculation, work risk premium Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
