A company located south of the city is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to cover a maternity leave, requiring the following profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration. Minimum 1 year of experience in related activities. Basic knowledge of the SAT portal. Review of CFDI invoices. Recording of accounting journal entries. Proactivity. Data analysis. Basic bank reconciliations. Position Objective: Support the recording, control, and organization of the company’s accounting operations, ensuring financial information is accurately documented, recorded, and available for analysis and tax compliance. Main Responsibilities: Recording of accounting journal entries. Entry of supplier invoices. Support in bank reconciliations. Review and control of tax documents. Download and organization of XML files. Accounts payable control. Support in preparing accounting reports. Filing and organization of accounting documentation. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:36 PM. We offer: weekly salary + food vouchers + savings fund. Position Type: Temporary or project-based. Contract Duration: 3 months.
