Therefore, we invite you to join our company as a **TRAFFIC EXECUTIVE** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, International Business, or related field. * Minimum **MANDATORY MARITIME OR AIR** experience of 1–2 years. * **Willingness to travel and undergo training outside the state.** * Gender: Unrestricted. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the customs clearance of goods—both imports and exports—ensuring timely and undamaged delivery. * Ensure quality and compliance of traffic operations. * Monitor cargo movement in real time, ensuring on-time and uneventful delivery to destination. * Prepare, review, and verify required customs documentation, such as invoices, customs entry forms (pedimentos), certificates of origin, etc. * Maintain active and dynamic communication with external clients regarding traffic operations. * Verify that tariff classifications, values, and quantities in customs entry forms (pedimentos) are accurately recorded. * Monitor shipment arrivals and proactively prepare customs clearance procedures (pre\-alert). * Generate detailed reports on shipment status, customs clearance timelines, and any incidents encountered. * Supervise timely and proper payment of taxes, duties, and other charges associated with customs clearance. * Schedule prior notifications for customs clearance. * Prepare and verify the DODA, COVE, and E\-DOCUMENT. * Perform and verify references in the Internal System (AIPA). **Benefits:** * **GROSS MONTHLY SALARY** * Savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Paid hourly leave. * Excellent work environment. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break.
