Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in structural calculation and design analysis of steel structures to ensure optimization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. We design, manufacture, and install overhead cranes, lifting systems, workstations, and cargo elevators; we also perform equipment modernizations and relocations. We market crane components, electrification systems, hoists, and under-hook equipment. We provide maintenance and repair services, as well as spare parts for any brand. **Administrative Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Structural calculation of primary and secondary beams * Calculation of end trucks and critical structural components * Deflection and stress analysis * Validation of structural selection based on required capacity * Application of FEM / CMAA / AISC standards * Preparation of calculation reports * Structural review of special configurations * Structural optimization without compromising safety * Identification of structural risks * Participation in interdepartmental technical meetings **Benefits** * Christmas bonus (15 days by law plus 15 additional days) * Additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers **Essential Requirements:** * Customer service orientation * Proactivity * Organization * Time management * Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000, RAM, STAAD or similar) * Intermediate–advanced CAD skills * Intermediate English * Civil / Mechanical Engineering degree with structural focus * 3–5 years of experience in steel structural calculation * Proficiency in FEM / CMAA / AISC standards * Knowledge of steel structure design * Advanced structural analysis Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Higher Technician degree (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's license (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
