* Maintain an updated list of contact numbers and radio frequencies for security and emergency authorities, as well as for operators and company management personnel. * Identify vehicles currently in transit that require monitoring and tracking. * Track trips, including their various statuses, on the corresponding platforms. * Periodically call operators to inquire about incidents or the status of their trips in high-risk or low-traffic zones. * Continuously monitor whether operators adhere to assigned routes and scheduled timeframes. * Maintain appropriate records related to vehicle monitoring. * Report any issues with the location-tracking platform to the Monitoring Supervisor. * Generate daily speed reports.
