Focus on productivity, safety, and equipment care Heavy Equipment Operator Location: Club Hípico las Palmas\- Av Rosas Guadalupanas s/n Hacienda Nueva, ags We require a heavy equipment operator with experience operating excavators and backhoes, who is responsible and committed to safety and productivity on site. Requirements Age: 25 to 50 years old. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience operating excavators and backhoes. Knowledge of machinery powered by diesel and gasoline engines. Experience in: Excavations. Site grading. Loading and moving materials. Trenching and construction work. Basic preventive mechanical knowledge. Valid operator license or certification (preferred). Availability for fieldwork and flexible working hours. Skills Safe operation of heavy machinery. Responsibility and punctuality. Attention to detail. Teamwork. Ability to follow instructions and basic blueprints. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate excavators and backhoes. Inspect fluid levels, lubrication, and general equipment conditions. Report mechanical failures or maintenance needs. Perform excavation, loading, and earthmoving tasks. Comply with safety regulations and preventive maintenance protocols. Education Minimum completed junior high school. Heavy equipment operation courses (desirable). Ideal Profile An individual with verifiable experience in heavy equipment operation, focused on productivity, safety, and equipment care, and capable of working across various terrain types and job-site conditions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Weekly payment, statutory benefits Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
