




Position Summary: Coordinate and execute the Club's social projects, campaigns, and events, managing strategies, communication, and reporting with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Planning and execution of social projects, campaigns, and events. 2. Coordination of communication and dissemination of achievements and events. 3. Stakeholder engagement and project follow-up. Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate the Club's social projects, campaigns, and events. Implement strategies established by Management. Record, store, and retrieve social event information for reporting purposes. Stakeholder management. Coordinate communication and dissemination of the Club's social achievements and events. Prepare each report, database, or project based on objectives and select the most effective presentation method. Follow up on Management's projects. Generate or request required information to fulfill job responsibilities. Comply with departmental administrative procedures. Support departmental activities as requested. Required Knowledge: Interest in fieldwork, interpersonal interaction, and training. Excellent spelling and writing skills are mandatory. Supplementary knowledge or studies in Social Responsibility, Marketing, Communications, or Design (desirable but not mandatory). Experience using Office tools, especially Excel; experience with design tools (desirable but not mandatory). Intellectual ability to record, store, and retrieve information from events, media, and platforms. Ability to analyze data and generate statistical information. Basic proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (desirable but not mandatory). Social skills for engaging with diverse departmental stakeholders. Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
