We invite you to apply for the position of: UNIVERSAL TELLER Job Objective: Perform various counter operations in compliance with established regulations, always aiming to retain customers. Main Responsibilities: · Identify potential customer needs during interactions and, based on those needs, identify sales opportunities. · Provide customer service and support to all users for the various operations requested at the counter, as part of the transactional activity required by their products/services. · Perform internal tasks required to ensure smooth execution of customer-requested operations. · Comply fully with all institutional regulations, compliance requirements, and security standards in daily operations and customer service. Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or currently pursuing such a degree. · Desired experience: 6 months in a similar role. · High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, ability to work under pressure, strong verbal communication skills, and interpersonal relationship capabilities.
