We rank among the top five most attractive employers in Mexico according to the study “The Most Attractive Employers in Mexico” Main Responsibilities: • Perform customers’ financial transactions; deposits, withdrawals, transfers, foreign currency sales, informing customers about the status of their transactions, among others. * Advise customers on the contracting and benefits of our products and services. * Identify and refer business opportunities with current or potential customers to Sales Executives. * Carry out administrative tasks such as checkbook and card control, cash replenishment for ATMs, daily cash reconciliations, among others. Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree — mandatory. * Experience as a teller handling cash, daily cash reconciliations, customer service, and sales — minimum 2 years, mandatory. * Experience in financial institutions (banks, savings banks, finance companies). * Experience handling large amounts of cash. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. * Availability to travel within the state is mandatory, as weekly assignments will require working at branches in Calvillo, Pabellón, Rincón, and Loreto Zacatecas.
