Generate reports and follow-ups to ensure ambassadors meet their goals and comply with established KPIs. * Supervise ambassadors' daily activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Provide continuous training and development to enhance team skills and competencies. * Plan and coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Maintain constant communication with other departments to coordinate efforts and optimize resources. * Conduct periodic performance analyses of the team and operations, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions. Implement continuous improvement practices to increase efficiency and service quality. * Report incidents to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and timely communication regarding any issues affecting team operations.
