Risk management and internal control A leading ready-mix concrete company is seeking: Administrative and Financial Manager Position Objective: Lead the company’s strategic financial planning to ensure business profitability, liquidity, and sustainability within the concrete sector. Responsible for optimizing financial resources, improving cost structure, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting national-level organizational expansion and competitiveness. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree in Finance preferred. Language: Intermediate English proficiency desirable. Experience: Minimum 6 years in financial roles, including at least 4 years in managerial positions. Proven experience in industrial companies, preferably in concrete, construction materials, or manufacturing. Knowledge of: Financial planning, budgetary control, industrial costing, cash flow management, banking negotiation, financing management, and ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Compaqi). Competencies: Leadership, effective communication, teamwork, planning, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, continuous improvement. Responsibilities: 1\.
