Job Summary: We are seeking a salesperson with a passion for sales and customer service to promote services, close sales, and provide post-sales follow-up at commercial kiosks. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and closing sales at commercial kiosks. 2. Promotion of services and handling of objections. 3. Development of negotiation and persuasion skills. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Providing service at sales kiosks located in shopping malls, plazas, and supermarkets. * Approaching customers directly while maintaining courtesy and respect. * Identifying customer needs through brief, direct questions. * Explaining features, benefits, and pricing of the offered service. * Ability to close sales directly at the kiosk. * Handling customer inquiries and objections. * Promoting current promotions, discounts, and campaigns. * Keeping the kiosk clean and visually appealing. * Distributing flyers and informational materials. * Meeting established goals and objectives. * Providing attentive and courteous post-sales follow-up to customers. **What do we require from you?** * Age: 18 years or older. * Education: Minimum of secondary school diploma or higher. * Experience: At least 6 months of experience in floor sales, kiosk sales, or booth sales. * Proficiency with smartphones and applications such as Facebook and WhatsApp. * Passion for sales and customer service. * Adaptability to various sales locations. * Professional personal appearance. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. * Service-oriented attitude. * Strong communication skills and self-confidence.
