Growth Opportunity We Are Hiring! **FIELD SALES ADVISOR** A company located in León, Guanajuato, dedicated to designing, developing, manufacturing, and marketing paints, waterproofing materials, and adhesives, is looking to integrate a **FIELD SALES ADVISOR** / (**AGUASCALIENTES, AGUASCALIENTES**) who is responsible, organized, and eager to grow. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Advise, assist, and provide solutions that ensure satisfaction for our customers and distributors. \- Achieve sales targets. \- Recover accounts receivable from distributors in accordance with established processes and policies. \- Responsible for opening new routes and markets, prospecting potential new customers, and developing existing customers for their growth. **Requirements:** Education: Completed High School Basic knowledge of paint and coating application techniques. Proficiency in colorimetry tools and color mixing. Minimum 1 year of experience in the **PAINTS** industry.
