**Supervised Professional Intervention** **Job Objective:** Provide students with a practical, supervised, and guided experience in the professional field of psychology (or related disciplines), where they can apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their theoretical training. **Activities:** * Provide students with the opportunity to develop key skills for professional intervention, such as decision-making, problem-solving, teamwork, and case management. * Teach and reinforce the ethical and legal principles guiding professional practice in the field of psychology, ensuring students handle real-life situations while respecting confidentiality, autonomy, and clients’ rights. * Foster students’ ability to conduct professional interventions autonomously, under the supervision of a mentor or supervisor, learning how to manage interventions and evaluate outcomes. * Monitor each student. **Requirements:** * Psychology degree and professional license (or equivalent) is mandatory. * Master’s degree — title and professional license — is desirable. * Three years of teaching experience. * Familiarity with systems and platforms such as Teams, Blackboard, or similar is desirable. **Competencies:** * Strong service orientation * Effective communication * Organization * Ethics **Why work at UVM?** We are Mexico’s largest private university, with 60 years of academic experience, social commitment, and professional vision.
