Position Objective To supervise and ensure the proper operation of the industrial cafeteria, guaranteeing compliance with processes, quality standards, production control, and effective team leadership. Main Responsibilities * Supervise high-volume food production and service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordinate and lead operational teams. * Control production processes, timelines, and quality standards. * Promptly resolve operational incidents. * Ensure order, discipline, and adherence to internal guidelines. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, or related field (preferred). * Proven experience supervising industrial cafeterias or food service operations. * Knowledge of high-volume food production and service control. * Experience managing personnel. * Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
