The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and employs approximately 87,000 people across more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** Serve as the primary contact point for personnel regarding Human Relations matters, and ensure the integration of newly hired personnel (0–3 months) within the assigned department/area/shift, based on achievement of objectives and planned activities, delivering a high level of service and adopting a solution-oriented approach, while following up on corresponding disciplinary measures. * Conduct 100% of weekly Checking Talks for assigned personnel * Conduct 100% of daily calls to absent personnel * Maintain daily updates of assigned KPIs on respective dashboards/SharePoint sites * Achieve 100% compliance with LSW on a weekly basis. Maintain 100% completion of monthly courses and competencies. * **Requirements** Education: Completed technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree Professional experience: 2 years in administrative areas Experience in projects and processes: Customer service, positive and proactive attitude, assertive communication, stress tolerance, basic Emotional Intelligence.
