Knowledge of labor regulations and training plans. **FITSI** is seeking a **Human Resources Analyst** **Objective:** Identify, attract, and select talent to drive our company’s growth based on operational needs and staffing coverage across all levels. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (intern or graduate).** * 2 years’ experience in mass recruitment of over 50 positions (local and international, conducted remotely) for roles in sports, administrative, and operational fields. * Knowledge of job posting across various channels, including social media, Indeed, LinkedIn, CompuTrabajo, among others. * Screening and evaluation of candidates. * Interviewing and tracking candidates through to hiring. * Sending and interpreting psychometric tests. * Verification of employment references and hiring documents. * Drafting employment contracts, managing terminations, and overseeing severance settlements. * Knowledge of IMSS regulations and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Tracking of medical leaves (ST7, ST2). * Training plan for new hires. * Initiative, sense of urgency, organizational skills, strong verbal communication, expertise in initial, in-depth, and competency-based interviews. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Av.
