Universidad 1301, Los Bosques, Aguascalientes **Company:** Grupo Agroag **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **or** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM At **Grupo Agroag**, we seek an **Organizational Development Manager** who will drive talent growth, strengthen organizational culture, and lead strategic training, performance, and change management projects. If you are passionate about developing people, structuring processes, and generating real impact within the organization, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Organizational Development. * **Mandatory:** Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development projects. * Develop Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and follow up on implementation. * Implement onboarding processes and Training & Development plans. * Conduct organizational diagnostics, workplace climate, and culture analyses. * Implement satisfaction, performance, and engagement surveys. * Coordinate change management, leadership, and internal communication programs. * Develop and apply competency and performance measurement tools. * Analyze key performance indicators and generate reports to support decision-making. * Design organizational structures, succession plans, career path frameworks, and nine-box matrices. * Coordinate institutional events. **Key Skills** * Planning and organization * Data analysis and interpretation * Effective communication * Leadership and influence * Results orientation * Change management * Collaborative teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Weekly payroll * Excellent work environment * Opportunity for professional development and growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
