We want you to join our team! **OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper operation and administration of the three assigned regions, guaranteeing compliance with customer-defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through efficient staff supervision, warehouse and asset control, cost optimization, and timely follow-up on preventive maintenance activities—contributing to service profitability and quality. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Staff supervision. Coordination of preventive and corrective report handling at retail locations under SLA requirements. Inventory control. Follow-up on client and subordinate requests. Project management. Maintenance control and tracking. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Age: 35 years or older. Experience: Minimum 4 years managing personnel. Experience: Minimum 2 years in field-based IT work. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables. Flexible working hours. Resource management. Project development and tracking. Process improvement and cost reduction. Familiarity with ticket management software. Willingness to travel and knowledge of southern Mexico.
