Identification of improvements and optimization of equipment operation. **Job Objective:** Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ranch machinery, equipment, and facilities, securing operational continuity and preventing failures that affect production. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural machinery, milking machines, pumps, generators, and other ranch equipment. * Inspect electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical installations. * Coordinate repairs and track malfunctions. * Maintain records of services, spare parts, and tools. * Prepare maintenance reports and logs. * Supervise technical staff or mechanics. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Identify improvements to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Required Knowledge: * Mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics. * Maintenance of agricultural machinery and livestock equipment. * Use of tools and diagnostic equipment. * Basic interpretation of technical drawings and manuals. * Industrial safety. Requirements: * Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience in industrial, agricultural, or livestock maintenance. * Willingness to work on a ranch. * Basic computer and reporting skills.
