On-site incident response and resolution Gigacable, a telecommunications company based in Aguascalientes, invites you to join its team as: **FIBER OPTIC INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise technical crew teams. * Validate the quality of installations and services. * Monitor routes and daily reports. * Respond to and resolve on-site incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in fiber optic installations. * Ability to manage and supervise technical personnel. * Knowledge of working at heights. * Valid driver's license and standard driving skills. * Flexible availability for work hours. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary of $12,500 MXN per month (gross), plus commissions; biweekly payment schedule. * Uniforms. * Work schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 2-hour lunch break. * Company vehicle. * Company phone.
