We seek a candidate with strong character, presence, and full command of the dining floor. Essential Profile * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Italian, Mediterranean, or similar concept restaurants. * Demonstrable experience coordinating service teams. * Mastery of service quality standards and operational agility. * Experience managing inventories (bar, tableware, glassware, and equipment). * Excellent professional appearance. * Expert tray handling (beverages and food). * Proven ability to work under pressure. * Ability to integrate into established work teams. * Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings). Core Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate hostesses, servers, and assistants. * Ensure operational efficiency during peak hours. * Train and reinforce service standards. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu. * Maintain operational control and order in the area. * Foster a professional and respectful work environment. Conditions Rotating schedule from 12:30 PM until closing (typically before 12:00 AM).
