Collaboration with clients and experts to define requirements **Job Description: Position Summary:** We are looking for a **Power Platform Developer** who has participated in at least **two or more Microsoft Power Platform-focused projects**, demonstrating experience in development, unit testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of client solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** As a Power Platform Developer at Ashling, you will play a key role in delivering Microsoft Power Platform-based solutions to our clients. In return, we ensure you stay current with various Microsoft and industry technologies and certifications. **Automation and Integration:** * Design, build, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows and desktop flows – RPA). * Apply your expertise to optimize business processes and automate workflows. * Automate complex enterprise processes across Microsoft and third-party systems. * Develop and optimize data models in Dataverse, security roles, and relationships. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external APIs. * Follow best practices for governance, security, performance, and lifecycle management. **Application Development:** * Create intuitive and easy-to-use applications using Microsoft Power Apps. * Prioritize user experience by designing functional and intuitive interfaces. * Implement robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure application reliability. * Optimize application performance by reducing data calls, using caching, and optimizing formulas. * Develop custom connectors within Power Platform to integrate other systems. **Client Interaction:** * Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and business analysts. * Understand client requirements, prioritize project tasks, and define clear scopes. * Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. **Documentation and Support:** * Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including integration test plans, release notes, and implementation guides. * Monitor, diagnose, and optimize existing automations and applications. **Candidate Requirements:** * More than 2 years of experience implementing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Power Apps, Dataverse). * **Valid Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500) certification – mandatory requirement.** * Experience in data development and modeling with Microsoft Dataverse. * Experience developing Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven applications. * Experience creating custom connectors within Microsoft Power Platform. * Experience working with security roles, permissions, and data access in Power Platform. * Clear understanding and use of Power FX and development methodologies. * Experience designing and implementing Business Process Automation (BPA) using Microsoft Power Automate Business Process Flow (desirable). * Experience with Power BI (desirable). * Experience with Microsoft Copilot (desirable). * Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions is a plus. * Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to accurately communicate task status. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform. * Valid PL-500 certification. * Demonstrable experience in real-world Power Automate and Power Apps projects. * **Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (professional level, spoken and written).** * Availability to collaborate with international teams and clients.
