Job Summary: Grupo Presidente is seeking a Prevention Agent for Holiday Inn Aguascalientes, responsible for monitoring and ensuring the normalcy of activities conducted by guests and employees. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate risk prevention and advise on safety and health. 2. Ensure the safety protection of employees and guests. 3. Conduct monitoring patrols and respond to emergencies. Our hotels are located in major cities and top beach destinations across the Mexican Republic. Holiday Inn Aguascalientes is seeking a Prevention Agent to safeguard and monitor the actions and activities carried out by guests, employees, and customers within hotel areas. Supervise that these activities proceed as normally as possible; promptly report any anomalies observed in hotel areas to your immediate supervisor. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate the planning and execution of risk prevention tasks at the hotel. • Provide technical advice to employees regarding safety and health matters. • Ensure the safety and health protection of employees and guests. Design and implement training initiatives to improve processes. • Carry out corrective actions aimed at continuous process improvement. • Willingness to cooperate with or assist various departments, maintaining a positive, service-oriented, and friendly attitude. • Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities. • Respond to emergencies.
