Opportunity for strong career growth **Industry:** Automotive Manufacturing **Location:** Jesús María, Aguascalientes **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Position Overview The HR Supervisor will be responsible for leading performance management, training systems, and internal communication initiatives within the plant. This role will also support the HR Manager in optimizing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations. The ideal candidate has solid manufacturing HR experience, preferably within the automotive industry, and is capable of independently handling overall HR operations when required. Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management * Lead the introduction and implementation of the company’s performance management system. * Standardize performance and incentive processes, including KPI setting, performance evaluation, result review, and follow\-up interviews. * Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of performance systems. Training \& Communication Management * Develop and execute company\-wide training strategies and annual training plans. * Coordinate onboarding programs, technical skill training, and competency development initiatives. * Manage internal communication processes, corporate culture initiatives, and official company announcements. Team Leadership * Supervise and coordinate daily performance, training, and communication activities. * Standardize operational procedures and coach team members to ensure consistent execution. HR Operations Support * Assist the HR Manager in establishing and optimizing HR policies, procedures, and workflows. * Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, payroll practices, social insurance, and employment regulations. * Serve as backup support for the HR Manager and independently manage HR operations when necessary. * Complete additional HR\-related assignments from management. RequirementsExperience \& Background * 8\+ years of HR experience within the manufacturing industry. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. * Experience managing full HR modules is required. *Strong practical experience in:* * Performance management systems * Training systems implementation * Employee communication programs * Familiarity with automotive plant HR operations is highly preferred. * Experience in foreign\-invested manufacturing companies is a plus. * Candidates with experience in Aguascalientes are preferred. Knowledge \& Skills * Strong understanding of Mexican labor law, payroll, social insurance, and employment regulations. * Strong execution, project management, and system implementation capabilities. * Excellent communication, coordination, coaching, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work cross\-functionally and communicate effectively with headquarters and local teams. Language * Fluent English (written and spoken) is required. Education * Bachelor’s Degree required (Titulado).
