Work Experience: * 8 years in supervisory roles in semi-trailer manufacturing workshops. * Team leadership (more than 10 people). * Budget, cost, and inventory control management. * Implementation of continuous improvement methodologies. * Raw material procurement negotiation. Specialized Knowledge: * Quality standards. * Industrial safety and hygiene. * Manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes. * Production planning and control tools. * Productivity indicators. * Materials used in trailer and semi-trailer construction. * Various welding methods. Main Responsibilities: · Develop manufacturing processes, from raw material receipt through final product delivery. · Plan and control the flow of materials, information, and resources across the supply chain. · Implement and oversee quality control systems to ensure products meet established standards. · Coordinate and supervise daily production activities, ensuring on-time delivery. · Identify areas for improvement in production processes and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. · Implement safety measures to prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses. · Optimize the use of human, material, financial, and technological resources to achieve maximum efficiency. · Participate in logistics and product distribution management, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
