Agricultural company seeking to fill the position of **Service Coordinator Technician (agricultural machinery)** for the **Jalisco** area. Do you have over 5 years of experience in this or a similar role, with personnel under your supervision? Do you have education and experience in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic engineering or related fields? Are you available to travel to different work sites where services are required? **Then this vacancy is for you!** The person selected will be responsible for supervising and ensuring maintenance of the company's milking equipment in milking parlors. **Work location:** Jalisco **Base location:** San Juan de los Lagos, Jalisco or neighboring municipalities **Experience / Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electronic Engineering or related field; * +5 years of experience in this or similar role managing staff; * Availability to travel to various work sites where services are needed (80% field work); * Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, software, and machinery programming (an advantage if experienced with milking parlor equipment); * Experience working with electronic boards, rotary lobe vacuum pumps, motors, cooling tanks, air conditioners, control panels, variable frequency drives or similar devices; * Conduct supervision, recommend equipment upgrades, new systems, collections, and support sales; * Strong ethics, organization, cleanliness, structure, good communication skills, and excellent customer service ability. **We offer:** * Base salary plus performance/service-based incentives; * Statutory benefits; * All tools necessary to perform the job; * Work tools: mobile phone, computer, and company vehicle; * Travel expense reimbursement.
