Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong technical expertise, a global mindset, and proven execution capability to lead production line startups and resolve complex failures. We require a technically strong profile, with a global mindset and genuine execution capability. What will you do here? You will be responsible for production line startups. You will lead international machinery and process transfers. You will execute critical installations (equipment connection/disconnection). You will resolve complex failures during real-time operation. You will work directly with global teams on high-impact projects. What we require (no exceptions): 5+ years of proven maintenance experience in manufacturing Actual hands-on experience in: Production line startups Equipment/product transfers Industrial machinery installation Solid knowledge of plastic injection molding PLC programming (Siemens or Allen Bradley) Valid visa and passport Conversational English Willingness to travel Interested?
