




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative, Human Resources, and procurement activities, including recruitment, pre-payroll processing, personnel file management, billing, and procurement tracking. Multifunctional role with attention to detail and organizational skills Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, Human Resources, and procurement activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection. Collecting, reviewing, and entering attendance-related incidents for pre-payroll preparation (e.g., attendance records, absences, leaves, vacations, medical leaves, etc.). Personnel file integration and control. Preparation and tracking of internal Human Resources documentation. Preparing, receiving, and tracking supplier invoices. Requesting quotations and monitoring procurement activities. Tracking purchase orders and material deliveries. Controlling and archiving procurement- and billing-related documentation. Supplier communication and support. Providing general administrative support to the department. Work Location: Northern part of the city, near Pocitos and UAA.
