




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage databases, support recruitment, handle personnel administration, and coordinate onboarding and orientation processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update personnel databases 2. Support key recruitment and selection processes 3. Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and workplace climate Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years in HR departments (preferably as a generalist or analyst). Knowledge of payroll calculation Proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas (desirable) Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (intermediate–advanced: pivot tables, formulas). HR metrics (KPIs). Recruitment and personnel administration processes. Basic payroll knowledge. Federal Labor Law (basic–intermediate). Responsibilities: Manage and update personnel databases (hires, terminations, transfers). Prepare HR metrics reports. Support recruitment and selection processes (job postings, candidate screening, initial interviews). Maintain employee files. Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes. Follow up on payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations). Support workplace climate initiatives and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Assist in payroll preparation and calculation.
