




Position Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist or Analyst with experience in payroll, employment contracts, and personnel administration to manage key HR processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and updates personnel databases and prepares HR reports. 2. Supports recruitment and selection processes and administers employee files. 3. Ensures compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR departments (preferably as a generalist or analyst). Knowledge and experience in payroll calculation, employment contracts, and contract terminations. Proficiency in CONTPAQi Nóminas (mandatory). Technical Skills: Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas). HR metrics (KPIs). Recruitment and personnel administration processes. Employment contracts. Contract terminations. Federal Labor Law (basic–intermediate level). Proficiency in IDSE and SUA systems. Responsibilities: Manage and update personnel databases (hires, terminations, transfers). Prepare HR metrics reports. Support recruitment and selection processes (job postings, candidate screening, initial interviews). Administer employee files. Track payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, etc.). Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. Prepare and calculate payroll. Work Location: Company located in the Jaltomate community, Aguascalientes (please consider transportation options, as the company does not provide transportation).
