Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head Nurse in hemodialysis to supervise staff, manage operations, and ensure patient care within a healthcare unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads and supervises nursing operations in hemodialysis 2. Personnel management and continuous training 3. Monitors patients' conditions and ensures compliance with regulations A healthcare company is seeking: Head Nurse Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Graduated) Minimum one year of verifiable experience in hemodialysis Teamwork Patient care Commitment Time availability Knowledge of: Hemodialysis, applicable regulations in public and private healthcare sectors. Regulations specific to hemodialysis Catheter connection and disconnection Fistula maturation Proper handling of RPBI (Risk Prevention and Biosafety Regulations). Connection and disconnection of hemodialysis for patients with catheters and fistulas Operation of hemodialysis machines Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff performing patient connection and disconnection Supervise operational use of hemodialysis machines Monitor patients' conditions Complete administrative logs Propose and manage continuous training for nursing staff Manage comprehensive unit audits Supervise patient management in the treatment room Plan, coordinate, and supervise weekly comprehensive unit audits Adhere to assigned work schedules and days; comply with applicable hemodialysis regulations.
