Position Summary: Manage on-site inventory control—from material receipt, safeguarding, and storage to material dispatch—ensuring proper handling. Key Points: 1. Manages inventory and materials control. 2. Performs receipt, safeguarding, and storage of materials. 3. Dispatches materials at the service counter and point of use. **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain on-site inventory control to ensure proper handling of materials under responsibility—from receipt, safeguarding, and storage through appropriate dispatch to the customer. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials entering the Site for accurate physical and system registration and storage. * Safeguard materials physically and in the system for proper tracking. * Store, clean, and preserve materials located on Site. * Execute dispatch at the service counter and point of use. * Perform proper dispatch and handling of chemicals, following safety protocols (if applicable). * Perform any other duties required in support of the position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Know and follow area procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:**Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:**1 year as Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Knowledge of materials dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S methodology. 3. Customer service orientation. 4. Inventory management
