Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to support query resolution, interact with users, and generate reports during implementations. Key Highlights: 1. Generation and tracking of status and incident reports **Systems Implementation Specialist.** Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering in Systems or related field Availability to travel to various locations across Nuevo León. Flexible working hours English Proficiency Level: Technical Relevant Experience in the Role, Area, and/or Specialty: * Minimum 1 year of experience implementing systems, training staff, or providing technical support. Specialized Knowledge: * Familiarity with at least one customer service methodology. * Basic knowledge of Jira * Experience delivering end-user training. Responsibilities: * Strong verbal communication skills and clear understanding for conducting in-person training sessions for healthcare professionals. * Provide on-site support to resolve user queries regarding EMA (medical system) usage. * Interact with users to address daily operational needs. * Generate and track status reports. * Report and track incidents or implementation requirements. Skills and/or Competencies: * Communication skills and service-oriented attitude. * Organizational and time management skills. * Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work on-site. * Experience working with agile methodologies and their tools.
