Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Computer Engineering professional to execute technical requirements, ensure Level 1 operational continuity, and maintain technological infrastructure and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Level 1 and Level 2 support for internal and external customers. 2. Maintenance and supervision of technological infrastructure. 3. Assistance in network and server administration (Windows/Linux). **Education Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (intern, technician, or graduate). **Essential Knowledge** Network and server administration (Windows Server, Linux). Structured cabling. ITIL project management methodologies. Basic information security. **Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role** **Specific responsibilities**: Level 1 and Level 2 support; handling requests from internal and external customers. **Job Objective** To act as the operational executor of technical requirements assigned by coordination. Directly responsible for ensuring Level 1 operational continuity across the company, with the primary mission of maintaining all technological infrastructure and equipment in optimal working condition. **Responsibilities** * User Support: Serve as the first point of contact (Level 1\) to resolve technical queries and issues raised by internal and external customers. * Operational Execution: Carry out technical tasks assigned by coordination within established response timeframes. * Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and ensure proper operation of computing devices, peripherals, servers, and telephony systems. * Network Management: Assist in basic server administration (Windows/Linux) and maintenance of structured cabling.
