




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence, lead teams, and optimize costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality 2. Manage and optimize business operational costs 3. Develop and motivate the team to execute programs **2 positions available at "Gran Plaza Fashion Mall" and "Plaza Aleira (Av Juan Gil Preciado)". (1 position per branch).** **Position available for RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER with experience in the industry.** **Willingness to travel to Reynosa City for training for 2 months (non-negotiable).** Below are some managerial responsibilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction through service excellence and product quality, meeting company-established standards and guarantees. * Understand customer needs and offer optimal solutions, always aiming for customer satisfaction and loyalty through quality products and excellent service. * Oversee employee safety and protection within the store. * Manage and optimize the operational cost of the assigned business unit to achieve expected financial results. * Execute local store marketing programs to enhance brand penetration in the market. * Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities and practices to store staff to ensure effective operational flow. * Drive implementation of company programs by developing action plans and motivating and instructing the store team for execution. * Lead with integrity, honesty, and expertise to uphold and enforce organizational values, code of conduct, and company policies. * Recruit and select entry-level store staff according to required job profiles, using organizational tools and filters, guided at all times by sales and coverage metrics. * Monitor and manage the store’s work environment to support staff development and retention, thereby meeting and sustaining operational requirements while continuously controlling team turnover. * Recognize and reinforce individual and team achievements, leveraging existing organizational tools and programs or those developed internally. * Use business metrics to plan and achieve operational excellence in the store. This includes, among others, profit-and-loss statements and reports generated by the system managing store transactions. * Achieve budgeted store results and fully implement them in accordance with the current strategic plan. * Properly implement cash handling, documentation, and reporting policies to various departments. * Submit reports and information accurately and on time to various organizational departments.
