Management of job boards and social media. **Job Description:** BUDGET RENTAL CAR is looking for a Recruiter with experience in mass recruitment to support the filling of administrative and operational vacancies across our agencies. We seek a dynamic, organized individual with a strong sense of urgency who can work toward coverage targets driven by expansion. **Responsibilities** * Posting job openings on job boards. * Mass recruitment of operational, administrative, and sales advisor profiles. * Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. * Candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process. * Coordinating interviews with management. * Conducting employment reference checks. * Preparing and maintaining personnel files. * Monitoring coverage and hiring metrics. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mass or operational recruitment. * Experience recruiting commercial or automotive profiles (preferred). * Proficiency in job boards and social media. * Strong verbal communication skills and organizational ability. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability for a dynamic, goal-oriented work environment. **We Offer** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 to 7:30 pm. * Saturday: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
