JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the integrity and quality of materials and processes carried out within the Organization by implementing, maintaining, and controlling work systems to guarantee product quality for our customers. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Conduct proper inspection of goods entering and leaving the warehouse. 2\. Validate the seizure of goods at the headquarters and branches. 3\. Review and verify that frozen products meet the necessary conditions for consumption. 4\. Address consumer complaints, comments, or observations. 5\. Carry out and verify the dissemination, implementation, and compliance of documented information (procedures, guidelines, work instructions, visual aids) by all personnel working in the Organization. 6\. Fully or partially halt the unloading of supplies if any issues arise or if applicable regulations are not being followed, and immediately notify the direct supervisor. 7\. Supervise the correct calculation of live pig yield, cattle yield, and combo (leg) yield. 8\. Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. 9\. Verify the correct calculation of live pig yield, cattle yield, and combo (leg) yield. 10\. Track and manage product quality complaints. 11\. Apply control points to be verified during the product manufacturing process and ensure compliance with specifications. 12\. Employ inspection methods for products and operating conditions to prevent non-conforming products or services, returns, complaints, rework, and losses. 13\. Implement improvement projects arising from operational deficiencies impacting effectiveness, productivity, product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. 14\. Ensure implementation of inspection methods and improvement strategies. 15\. Properly verify products according to specifications and standards set forth in applicable regulations or established by the customer. 16\. Maintain the Management System implemented in the Organization. 17\. Research new products to improve production. 18\. Comply with applicable Mexican Official Standards relevant to the operational process. 19\. Participate in follow-up meetings on processes for decision-making based on results. 20\. Understand the quality policy and objectives and identify how one contributes to their achievement. 21\. Know and implement applicable quality procedures and guidelines. 22\.
