





Job Objective Coordinate, maintain, and improve the organization’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with quality policies, processes, and strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee implementation and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all organizational areas. * Conduct internal audits of all processes and procedures. * Coordinate internal and external audits (planning, execution, and follow-up). * Develop, review, and control QMS documentation (administrative and operational). * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective/preventive actions. * Track and manage NON-CONFORMITIES. * Train staff on quality-related topics. * Report key performance indicators (KPIs) of the quality management system to management. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** * · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years** in similar positions.
