Management and Administration of SAI System **General Description:** * Personnel management and supervision. * Application of quality tools for decision-making and process control. * Establishment of work methods according to standards. * Implementation of PDCA methodologies for problem resolution. * Availability to rotate shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. **Education/Certifications:** Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or quality management. **Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** * Language: Intermediate English, spoken and written.
