




**Job Description** The Production Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the execution of the production plan based on customer demand, material availability, equipment, and labor. Your primary objective is to ensure timely delivery of products according to quality standards, efficiency, and automotive compliance, while optimizing production resources and preventing downtime or overproduction. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop the master production schedule (MPS) according to customer demand, installed capacity, and material availability. * Generate daily and weekly production schedules, ensuring their compliance. * Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and materials departments to secure required inputs. * Monitor inventory levels of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials, ensuring a balanced flow. * Track deviations between planned and actual production, generating performance reports. * Analyze causes of production plan non-compliance (machine downtime, material shortages, scrap) and propose preventive actions. **Knowledge** * Production planning and control (PPC). * MRP / ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, etc.). * Inventory control and stock level management. * Line balancing and capacity analysis. * Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes (injection molding, assembly, painting, etc.). * Interpretation of forecasts, customer orders, and delivery plans. * Key production performance indicators (OEE, schedule adherence, lead time). * Lean Manufacturing methodologies, Kanban, Just in Time. * Advanced Excel and data analysis. **Key Competencies** * Planning and organization * Analysis and decision-making * Effective communication * Results orientation * Teamwork * Attention to detail **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in similar roles * Intermediate English proficiency * Bachelor's degree / Engineering
