We are looking for a highly analytical, responsible Payroll Generalist with expertise in labor legislation. ✔ Key Responsibilities 1. Accurately prepare and process payroll. 2. Issue payroll receipts in compliance with current regulations. 3. Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments in the applicable systems, including IMSS, FOACOT, and INFONAVIT. 4. Calculate and verify overtime, severance payments, etc. 5. Manage attendance-related incidents: absences, tardiness, overtime, hour deductions, medical leaves, and vacations. 6. Validate payroll variables (bonuses, commissions, incentives, deductions). 7. Compile, update, and safeguard personnel files, pensions, death benefits, maternity leave records, etc. 8. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees. 9. Support internal and external audits related to Human Resources. 10. Comply with internal policies and applicable labor and tax regulations. 11. Safeguard payroll information and records. 12.
