




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to join our team, responsible for processing and controlling payroll operations for various clients. Key Highlights: 1. Client advisory services and comprehensive incident management We invite your talent to join our team as: **Payroll Executive** REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4 years’ experience **in payroll** * **Proficiency in IDSE and SUA** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client advisory services * Receiving payroll incidents, analyzing them, and entering data into the payroll system. * Processing weekly, biweekly, assimilated fees, and special payroll types (e.g., year-end bonus, PTU, annual bonuses, etc.) for companies across diverse industries. * Calculating severance payments and settlements. * Managing and analyzing various benefits including cafeteria services, food vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, commissions, savings funds, etc. (understanding their integration into salary and taxable portions for ISR) * Generating and monitoring payroll accumulations. * Managing payroll disbursements. * Managing food voucher payments via electronic wallet. * Payroll stamping (certification). * Calculating variables for bimonthly SBC. * Submitting affiliation movements to IMSS; handling IDSE. * Managing SUA. * Managing Infonavit loan withholdings, reconciliations, and downloading notices. * Determining payroll-related taxes. * Monitoring Fonacot deductions. * Annual ISR adjustment. * Onboarding new clients for payroll outsourcing services (e.g., payroll configuration in the system, payroll migrations).
