We are currently seeking professionals interested in joining a major initiative with an important business partner.**Nurse for Patient Support Program****Requirements** Academic degree: Nursing Technician or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (valid professional license).* Relevant experience in government institutions: IMSS and/or INSABI. Professional internships and/or Social Service are considered. * Proficiency in administrative processes. This position is 100% administrative—not clinical—please consider this aspect. * Availability to work by visiting government and/or private hospitals: 80% field-based / 20% administrative. * ***HIGH AVAILABILITY FOR TRAVEL. Travel is a fixed and constant activity for this role. The candidate will be responsible for their home state and assigned states across the country. Travel zones are determined based on program needs.*** * Flexibility regarding working hours. * Passion for patient and/or primary caregiver support, including addressing questions and concerns. * Monitoring of administrative processes and pharmacovigilance. **Competencies*** Organization * Effective communication * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Patient care Responsibilities:* **Visit various healthcare institutions to provide comprehensive administrative support enabling patients’ eligibility and approval of high-cost treatments at government and/or private hospitals.** * **Visit treating physicians.** * **Invite patients undergoing treatment** to join the Patient Support Program and inform them about the benefits of participation. * **Monitor patients’ treatment status** in the CRM system. * **Follow up with patients via telephone**, to assess their current treatment status; if any adverse reactions occur, report them to pharmacovigilance. * Verify timely delivery of patients’ treatments according to physician instructions. * Report completed activities to Supervisor and Call Center. * Daily entry of patient information—including new and existing patients—into the CRM system. * Submit material requests to the Call Center for physicians and patients. * Schedule trips outside the candidate’s local area. * Submit biweekly or monthly work plans. * Submit expense reimbursement reports. **Important:*** Monday–Friday work schedule * **Full-time position** * No shift rotation * Work location: Monterrey and assigned states across the country Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this channel.
