Job Title: Paid Media Strategist (Full\-Time Contractor – 40 hrs/week) Location: Remote Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Commitment: 40 hours/week (Contractor) About Us We are a performance\-driven marketing agency specializing in helping e\-commerce brands grow through strategic paid media. Our clients depend on us to build, manage, and scale their advertising and marketing channels. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our team as a full\-time contractor. This person will play a critical role in leading strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple paid media platforms. About the Role In this role, you'll be responsible for building and managing paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Reddit — with a core focus on Meta and Google. You’ll help set up accounts from scratch, track performance data, and optimize toward real revenue results for e\-commerce clients. This is a client\-facing role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll be expected to own your channel performance, report findings clearly to clients, and develop future\-facing roadmaps for campaign growth. Responsibilities * Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms, especially Meta and Google. * Take full ownership of paid media strategy for assigned accounts – from setup to scaling. * Set up new ad accounts, tracking integrations, and lead generation flows. * Connect lead gen campaigns in Meta to CRMs and platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify. * Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, heat mapping tools, and other attribution platforms. * Develop projections and insights for full\-funnel performance and revenue lift. * Create and present organized, easy\-to\-understand reports and roadmaps for clients. * Work cross\-functionally with creative, web, and analytics teams to improve landing pages and ad performance. * Stay on top of platform changes, performance trends, and new growth opportunities. Requirements * 5\+ years of hands\-on experience managing paid media campaigns, especially on Meta and Google Ads. * Strong understanding of the e\-commerce funnel and how paid media drives bottom\-line growth. * Proven ability to manage campaign structure, budgets, targeting, and A/B testing at scale. * Experience connecting Meta lead gen campaigns to backend platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and CRM tools. * Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar. * Ability to extract actionable insights from data and communicate them clearly to clients. * Organized and detail\-oriented — able to build campaign plans and performance roadmaps. * Resourceful and tech\-savvy — comfortable learning and integrating new platforms/tools as needed. * Strong client\-facing communication skills (written and verbal). Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) * Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and Bing Ads. * Experience with attribution and analytics tools (Triple Whale/ Rockerbox/etc.). * Understanding of Klaviyo campaign/flow logic and how it complements paid strategy. * Experience working within Shopify and customizing UTM parameters or pixel setups.
