Requirements: * High school diploma / university degree * Preferably residing in the southern part of the city * Experience: not required Responsibilities: * Providing personalized customer service to handle requests via email and telephone. * Issuing expenses (freight bill, voucher, bank transfer, and trip requisition) according to the authorized rate schedule. * Recording in the Sequential Tracking Table. * Sending shift coverage to the Night Logistics Coordination for vehicle tracking. * When creating new routes, contacting the tracker to address their requirements. * Using Transportes Valadez’s internal system (TV) to generate expense documents, record trip tracking data, and log trip-related incidents. * Ensuring allocation of basic operational equipment (radio, vehicle, identification). Work Schedule: 7:00 PM \- 3:00 AM Salary: $2,800 weekly, net pay Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $2,800.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
