Clinical nurse specialist in negative pressure therapy or advanced wound care techniques.
**Objective**
Promote and position products by providing clinical and commercial advisory services to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare personnel. Ensure correct application of NPWT supplies, deliver specialized support, and achieve company-defined commercial objectives.
**Responsibilities**
* Establish presence in public and private hospitals: Promote and sell NPWT-related equipment and consumables in hospitals and clinics.
* Provide clinical training to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare personnel on appropriate use of the therapy.
* Accompany initial therapy applications and support correct system placement when required.
* Conduct visits to hospitals, clinics, and private practices for commercial and clinical follow-up, as well as performance evaluation of installed equipment.
* Provide continuous post-application follow-up to patients (in hospitals and/or homecare) using the therapy.
* Identify business opportunities and develop new clients within the healthcare sector.
* Manage consignment arrangements, equipment loans, and material control in hospitals, including inventory management.
* Maintain strong relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative departments.
* Prepare visit reports, commercial activity summaries, and sales performance reports.
* Achieve commercial targets and comply with internal company guidelines.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (mandatory).
* Experience or knowledge in wound management and advanced wound care.
* Experience in hospital settings or medical devices.
* Availability for travel and hospital visits.
* Personal vehicle.
* Valid driver's license.
* Availability to respond to medical emergencies (24/7, 365 days).
